The company also carefully designed summer factory uniforms for all employees, using sweat-absorbent fabrics, coupled with the popular white as the main tone engraved with "liyang knitting" overall look simple and elegant, comfortable and cool to wear.

After talking about some changes in the working environment, the next step is to change the working mode. Starting this month, we officially started the use of the template machine, which greatly improved the work efficiency. The process of making big collars, cuffs and other processes has improved quality. They have only spent half a month and started learning from a zero foundation, so they can make such progress. The data synchronization of the hanging line and our ERP system is also ready for official use. Just enter the system to know the output of each person yesterday and the total output of each group, which makes the employee's piece rate wages more accurate and reduces financial aspects. Workload. And the hangers of each station are restricted, so that the assembly line is more standardized and orderly, no longer piled up, and the efficiency is improved.

After finishing the sewing workshop, has the rear workshop changed? Of course there is! A meeting held on May 19 proposed that everyone be required to hold a copy of their own work specification requirements. Each employee must strictly abide by the required operations. If it is lost, a fine of 10 yuan / piece must be imposed as a warning. Has now begun to implement.

Having said so much, the highlight is only now beginning! TNTEX, our brother in Cambodia, has officially started construction. According to current statistics, there are more than 160 employees. All six production lines are in production. The employees are fully motivated to work, and the daily output reaches more than 3,000 pieces. The rising trend is expected to reach our expected goal by the end of June! Here also selected several outstanding old employees to go to TNTEX for guidance, the plan is very smooth, and there will be a number of staff who will also go on business trips to improve all aspects of deficiencies.

When other factories are facing a crisis, we are still advancing and improving ourselves. The new factory is gradually being built over there. They are just like the rising sun, slowly starting to get hot!
