It’s the familiar winter again, and a wind meets us unexpectedly. Many people don’t like the windy days in winter, especially the “Beilun Demon Wind” that we often refer to. We often think it is too strong. It’s too impersonal, but when the cold wind blows, it means that the new year is coming!



In November, everyone had a relatively flat time, so in order to increase the enthusiasm of employees, the company held our first tug-of-war competition. Each workshop scrambled to sign up for the event, and finally selected six teams of 10 men and women each for the elimination round. At the beginning of the game, Mr. Lu and Mr. Zhang first mobilized before the game, and then each group draws lots for the elimination round. During the game, each team member is full of morale, put on a posture and wait for the whistle to blow; The sound blew, and finally the first team in the sewing workshop won the championship. The second and third places were our new warehouse team and the cutting team, and everyone who participated in the event could receive an exquisite commemorative award.



The beginning of December represents the beginning of the cold winter. Everyone puts on a thick down jacket, the sky is getting dark early, and the winter solstice is slowly coming. The custom here is to eat dumplings in the winter solstice, so the cafeteria had to prepare a lot of dumplings early, and our workshop director personally served them and tasted them with the employees. Many employees were obsessed with the taste and gave up the food. The bowl is followed by another bowl until it fills up our stomach. Because we have prepared a sufficient amount, there is no need to worry about someone who will not be able to eat the food!



A few days after the winter solstice, it will be Christmas. As always, the company has to prepare "peace fruit" for employees, and add exquisite packaging, which is very festive, as if wishing everyone to be safe in the days to come. Prosperous！






December is also coming to an end, which means that the end of the year is approaching. In order to eliminate the worries of the employees, the company can go back and forth smoothly during the holidays, opening the purchase of group tickets, and all expenses are reimbursed by the company. In this way, the enthusiasm of the employees increased instantly, and in order to earn more money to go home for the New Year, the efficiency also increased a lot!
